The Institute for Climate Truth, Inc. (the “Institute”) is a Florida not-for-profit corporation, as described in Chapter 617, Florida Statutes, and is currently seeking exempt status as a publicly supported charity, as described in Section 501(c)(3) and of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations and sponsorships, minus the value of benefits received, are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law. Donations will be used to support changing the discourse surrounding climate change that has greatly impacted economic and social policy.
